What we collect

Only what you submit through a form on this site: the waitlist form, the container direct enquiry, the dealer application and the driver support application. Depending on the form that means some combination of your name, email address, company or business name, country, region, the series you run, your chassis, how many events you run, links you choose to give us, and whatever you write in a free-text field.

We also record the time you submitted it and the page you submitted it from, so we can tell a genuine enquiry from an automated one.

What we do not collect

• We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile you.
• We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you give us from other sources.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Why we have it

To reply to you, and, if you asked to be told when the Kickstarter campaign opens, to send you that one email and one more if the date changes. We rely on your consent, which you gave by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete the record.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries: until the campaign has launched and we have sent the emails we said we would send, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Business enquiries and applications: for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live, and up to two years after the last contact, so we are not asking you the same questions again.

Who can see it

The people at TENEO handling your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider and, where configured, stored in our own infrastructure. Those providers process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Where it is held

On servers in Canada and the United States. If you are contacting us from outside those countries, your details will be transferred there in order for us to read and reply to them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do not require a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it. Email privacy@teneotires.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Canada that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party tracking. If we add analytics later we will use a cookieless, non-profiling service, and this page will be updated before it goes live rather than after.

Children

This site sells competition motorsport equipment and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will change the date at the top and, where we hold your email because you asked us to, tell you.
